Wagamama, Thunderbird Fried Chicken and Chestnut Group all appoint new Finance leaders

The Chestnut Group, the pub and restaurant holding company, have appointed Garrath Fulford as its new chief financial officer and Ted Child as head of finance, as it continues its expansion. Fulford joins the company from NatWest, where he was Chief Operating Officer. He has over 30 years experience in the finance services industry. Child has finance experience at Greene King and Punch Pubs & Co. and will therefore bring industry expertise to the role. The Chestnut Group was established in May 2012 by Philip Turner; the company owns a collection of inns, pubs and restaurants in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.

 

Thunderbird Fried Chicken have appointed the former Tortilla Head of Finance, Chris Nunn, as its new finance director. The brand was founded in 2017 and has six stores in London, including in Clapham, Wimbledon and at The O2.

 

Wagamama, owned by The Restaurant Group, have announced a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO): a. Being promoted from finance director, having joined the company as a financial controller, Crumpler replaces David Di Cello, who joined in 2020.
