Peet’s Coffee open first store in Middle East

US coffee chain brand, Peet’s Coffee, have had their first store open in the Middle East. In August 2022 the brand signed a franchise agreement with Americana Restaurants, the UAE-based franchisee, and it has taken less than six months for the first unit to open.

 

The new store is located at The Dubai Mall, the mall with the highest footfall in the world.

 

The franchisee, Americana Restaurants, manage a range of global brands such as Pizza Hut, KFC, Krispy Kreme, Hardee’s, and TGI Fridays. They recently underwent an IPO.
