At the end of December, Sticks’n’Sushi opened their 10th UK based store, in Westfield Shopping Centre, White City, in London. The restaurant group grew over the past 12 months – Sticks’n’Sushi released their annual report on 12th January; the brand saw EBITDA of £8.8m, up from £6.5m in the prior year.

At the end of 2022, the company had a presence in Denmark (12 restaurants), Germany (3) and The UK (10).
