Knowles has previously worked at Corney & Barrow and SSP. She starts her new role in September. Cosy Club are set to open in Oxford, in early October – this was originally announced back in Q1 of 2023.
KFC UK&I
Monica Pool – CMO
Pool, the former marketing director at Taco Bell UK and Europe, is set to switch Yum! brands, managing marketing and PR for the chicken fast food chain.
In March 2022, KFC UK&I appointed a new CFO and CDO.
Creams Cafe
Oliver Rodbard – COO
The previous employee of Yum! Brands, Soul Foods Group and Freshii, will be leading operations for the >100 site dessert brand.
Dominos Pizza Group
Andrew Rennie – CEO
Rennie joined assumed the role of CEO on 7 August 2023. Previous experience includes over 20 years at Domino’s Pizza Enterprises – this included: CEO of France and Belgium, CEO of its Australia and New Zealand business and CEO of its European business (including the Master Franchise Agreements for France, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands).
Last summer, DPG appointed a new CFO.
TGI Fridays
Richard Latham – COO
Latham joined TGI Fridays, in 2022, from Burger King, where he was international Country manager – Denmark. Before this, he had worked at Pret A Manger and Krispy Kreme UK. Latham joined TGI Fridays as the regional director for the north-west and has been promoted to COO, with immediate effect.
