The Spanish restaurant company, that operates brands such as 100 Montaditos and The Good Burger, are looking to continue both national and international development.
Grupo Restalia has recently re-organised its senior executives, which includes Virginia Donado assuming the role of General Manager (after returning to the company in January 2022 as an advisor – Donado previously worked at Grupo Restalia for 11 years, leaving in 2016).
With a company strategy of targeting travel hubs, Restalia have opened, earlier this month, a 100 Montaditos in the Avenida de América station in Madrid. The brand have also recently opened, in mid-July, in Seville, Andalusia (2 Emilio Lemos Street).
(Seville has 40 restaurants as part of Grupo Restalia. There are plans for more openings in Malaga, Cadiz and Huelva).
