Arriva anche in Italia il virtual franchise con piatti creati appositamente per il delivery e preparabili in cucine già esistenti. Glovo inizia con una prima offerta di Bendito Burrito in un gruppo selezionato di città e fornisce ai ristoratori menu, ricette, materie prime e tutoraggio del personale di cucina. L’iniziativa permette ai ristoranti aderenti di incrementare i loro ordini grazie ad un offerta più’ importante per il delivery.
La scelta di partire con Bendito Burrito e’ dovuta al fatto che la cucina messicana non e’ ancora troppo diffusa; entro Maggio dovrebbe anche arrivare la Milanesa House (un mix tra cucina italiana e argentina).

Virtual franchise has landed in Italy too with Glovo launching though its platform the brand Bendito Burrito. Glovo will provide interested restaurants with menu, recipes, supply chain and tutoring to be able prepare the dishes in their own kitchens. The initiative will provide an extra source of revenues thanks to a bigger delivery offer.
The choice to start with Bendito Burrito is due to the fact that Mexican cuisine is less widespread in Italy compared to others; another brand, Milanesa House (a mix between Italian and Argentinian) is to come in May.
