Legendary Restaurant Brands have confirmed the sites of a couple of their new Steak and Ale restaurants.
The brand was originally founded in 1966 but went bankrupt in 2008. Legendary Restaurant Brands, in 2014, announced their intentions to revive Steak and Ale and the plans for 2023 look set to see the family-friendly prime rib restaurant back.
The first store set to open will be in Burnsville, Minnesota. This town, near Minneapolis, is the home of the owner and CEO of the restaurant group, Paul Mangiamele.
There are also plans for the first Texas based Steak and Ale restaurant. In 2024, the brand is set to open in Grand Prairie, in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
This news comes in addition to that released at the start of January 2023 – Legendary Restaurant Brands announced they had reached an agreement with Endeavor Properties to develop 15 stores, covering Steak and Ale and Bennigan’s. The Area Development Agreement covered the Midwestern United States and will see the brands enter some new markets that they currently do not operate in.
Bennigan’s has an international reach, with stores in in countries such as Bahrain, Cyprus, El Salvador, Qatar and Mexico.
