Alan Morgan as a new CEO for the Big Table Group

Chief Executive Officer James Spragg is stepping down from Big Table – the Group operating Bella Italia, Café Rouge and Las Iguanas. James Spragg, who has been with the Group for six years, will be replaced in April by Alan Morgan – currently CEO of GLH Hotels (which includes Guoman, Thistle, Hard Rock and Amba Hotels).

 

Alan Morgan has previously held senior positions at Rank Group and Spirit Pub Company as well as at Whitbread.
