Yum! stronger despite the Covid

Yum! has been able to turn around during the difficult time of the Covid pandemic. Thanks to its size, Yum! can count more than 50,000 stores worldwide with a massive presence in China. It was its business in China which allowed the company to start preparing early a response to the Covid emergency. 

 

The company approach to the current crisis has been one of caution starting with cancelling the franchise convention back in February. Communciatiion within Yum! management and with the franchisees has also been a key factor in facing the Covid crisis.
