Manu expansion plan

Following the success of its current 6 locations, Manu Gelato is actively planning to expand in the German part of Switzerland through its franchising model. Interested parties can purchase the entire model including the shop concept, training and advice for a fee, but work as an independent entrepreneur – the same model behind McDonald’s successful development.

The brand has recently completely renovated its production site in Geneva which allows to produce about 6000 litres of ice cream per day; considering a Manu Gelato boutique on average sell 250 to 300 litres on a good business day, the site would allow to open more than 15 branches across Switzerland.
