TGI reach agreement for sales distributor of retail products across Saudi Arabia

TGI Fridays have partnered with Siwar Foods, agreeing to the exclusive distribution rights of the TGI retail products across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Saudi Arabia currently has a presence across 5 countries in the Middle East – Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. There are 17 restaurants across KSA.

The new, retail distribution agreement will see Rastelli Global manufacture products under a licence agreement, with Siwar Foods as the distributor.

The product range will include chicken wings and strips, with the offering to be expanded over time.

The TGI Fridays franchise agreement across the Middle Eastern territory is currently owned and operated by Americana Restaurants. Americana underwent an IPO at the end of 2022.
