Resto Group secure franchise rights for TGI Fridays in Lebanon

TGI Fridays have agreed terms with Resto Group, with the F&B operator securing the franchise rights to the restaurant brand in Lebanon. Resto Group are planning for the first TGI Fridays restaurant to be located in Beirut.

 

Resto Group are a Food & Beverage operator that manage brands in Africa and the Middle East. Starting in 2016, with Paul Bakery, the company expanded their portfolio to incorporate KFC in 2019 and Pizza Hut in 2021.

 

The key countries of operations for Resto Group are Lebanon, Ivory Coast, Democratic Republic of Congo and Gabon.

 

2 weeks ago, Resto Group opened their 7th Pizza Hut restaurant in Lebanon.

 

Across the Middle East, TGI, earlier this summer, reached an agreement with a sales distributor for retail products across Saudi Arabia. This was followed by a new store opening in Doha, Qatar, in July.
