QoSQo: Change of Ownership

There has been a change of ownership for the QoSQo brand in Luxembourg.

With its two restaurants located in the heart of Luxembourg, at Place D’Armes and Kirchberg, the QoSQo brand, a must-visit destination for Latin American cuisine, is changing hands.

After more than 30 years of career in the Horeca sector and having founded and managed several successful restaurants, Pierre Scholer has decided to dedicate himself to other projects, whilst ensuring the continuity of his establishments with a strong and experienced management team. Three new shareholders, Isabelle Wagner, Francesca Tiritiello, and Mark Hilton, have been chosen to take over the challenge and develop the QoSQo brand.

Isabelle Wagner, co-founder of QoSQo and Director of Operations, brings over 25 years of experience in managing restaurants in Luxembourg, such as Chi-Chi’s, Exki, and Quick.

Francesca Tiritiello, former CFO of YUM! Brands in Europe (Pizza Hut, KFC, and Taco Bell), and Mark Hilton, former CEO of PAUL in the UK and CEO of Pizza Hut and KFC in Romania, have founded and have been managing for over 10 years the boutique advisory company Kikkirossi, specialised in international franchise and brand development.

Isabelle, Francesca, and Mark are seasoned restaurant professionals, each bringing unique and complementary expertise to this new venture.

“We are honoured to take over the leadership of the QoSQo restaurants and to leverage all of our skills for the benefit of the brand in order to perpetuate and further develop the company. A big thank you to Pierre for his trust and the opportunity of this new challenge,” said the new owners in a joint statement.
