Barsegiyan has joined Yum! Brands in 2006 where she covered several senior positions – as chief financial officer Pizza Hut UK, general manager Pizza Hut Europe and chief financial officer of Taco Bell from which she retired in April 2020.
Fordham is partner at private equity firm Larchpoint Capital since 2017. Previously she hold senior financial roles at SVG (as chief executive and chief financial officer), Barratt Developments, BAA and Boots.
Smith will also join the board on September 16.
