Le Pain Quotidien debut in Morocco

Le Pain Quotidien have entered the Moroccan market, with the first store opening in Casablanca. After debuts in Uruguay and Luxembourg, earlier in 2023, the bakery & cafe brand enters the 18th country, with the opening in North Africa.

 

The new store is based in Yasmine Plaza.

 

The Belgian brand, Le Pain Quotidien, have over 200 sites across the globe, with over 50 stores in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Uruguay, a presence in Mexico and USA.

 

Earlier this month, Goldex Morocco, an F&B operator, announced a new Costa Coffee had opened – the first store located within the country’s railway network.

 

Le Pain Quotidien have previously announced plans to grow their presence in the UK through franchising. They also have expanded into retail, with a supermarket presence.
