Auntie Anne’s UK operator signs master franchise extension

The pretzel brand, Auntie Anne’s, has signed a master franchise agreement extension with its UK operator.

 

The brand has a presence in 25 countries, with over 1,800 stores. Founded in 1988, it entered the UK marker in 2003 and has currently 38 locations.

 

Auntie Anne’s is owned by Focus Brands – the F&B parent company also own the brand Cinnabon. The UK franchisee for Auntie Anne’s is Freshly Baked. The agreement between the two companies sees them aim to open a further 90 stores, whilst there is a hope to reach the 50 site milestone in 2024.
