Pret A Manger is expanding its presence on UK motorways with the launch of three new service station outlets, created in partnership with Roadchef. The new locations are situated at Rownhams Westbound Services on the M27 (between junctions 3 and 4), Stafford Southbound Services on the M6 (between junctions 14 and 15), and Chester Services on the M56 (junction 14). The openings are expected to create around 30 jobs across the three sites. The Rownhams branch opened first on 20 March, followed by Stafford on 23 March, with the Chester location due to open on 25 March.
This expansion forms part of Pret A Manger’s wider strategy to grow its footprint by focusing on high-traffic transport hubs. Each outlet will feature the brand’s usual menu, including freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, hot meals, snacks, and baked goods made on-site. Popular items such as the All-Butter Croissant, Chicken Caesar & Bacon Baguette, and Posh Cheddar & Pickle Baguette will be available, alongside a selection of organic coffee, tea, and iced drinks.
