Bennigan’s is seeking strategic partnerships in Europe with its new formats, design and flexible franchise model.
Legendary Brands, is reshaping its iconic casual dining brand Bennigan’s and creating opportunities to bring its signature menu items available to customers in a variety of different formats, from the traditional venues to drive thru’s, or smaller footprints with bar seating and even ghost kitchens!
“The smaller footprint of the new Bennigan’s prototype and the Ghost kitchen formats make the business model particularly attractive for the European markets” says Paul Mangiamele, Chairman and CEO of Legendary Brands, parent company of Bennigan’s.
With more than a dozen Bennigan’s on the Fly concepts in the development pipeline, Legendary Brands has recently entered into license agreements with REEF Neighbourhood Kitchens and Kinseth Hospitality Companies.
