Zambrero expanding across UK

The largest Mexican restaurant brand in Australia, Zambrero, are set to open a new store in Birmingham, UK. After entering the UK market in 2021, the brand has grown to six sites, across London, Berkshire and Essex – the new store will be the first in the Midlands of the UK.

 

The new store is set to open on Colmore Row, under the Grand Hotel, in Birmingham.

 

Zambrero currently operate 250 restaurants in Australia, New Zealand, Britain, Ireland and the US. The brand, earlier this year, gained investment from Metric Capital Partners.

 

The Australian based brand have recently opened a new store in Western Australia, in Woodvale.
