Tossed to open first airport site at Gatwick

Tossed is preparing to launch its first ever airport site at London Gatwick’s North Terminal this autumn, marking a new step for the healthy fast-casual brand. The new outlet will feature an all day menu, serving breakfast dishes such as scrambled free range eggs with sourdough toast alongside airport exclusive additions including breakfast burritos and a dedicated children’s menu.

Travellers will be able to place orders through large digital kiosks or directly from their tables, offering a more flexible dining experience. The restaurant’s design will reflect Gatwick’s refreshed terminal interiors, incorporating features such as reclaimed wooden crates suspended from the ceiling and a central olive tree. Tossed said it will continue its made-to-order food concept and signature customer service approach at the new airport location.
