On 31st August, Terpel, a Sbarro franchise partner, opened a new restaurant in Barranquilla, Colombia. This is their 7th Sbarro opening, having only entered the market in Q2.
This was followed by Sbarro opening a new store in Adana (Turkey), Modlinska (Poland) and Pune (India) – all on 1st September.
The new store in Turkey is operated by TAB Gıda. This is the brand’s largest franchisee, operating predominantly out of Turkey – they manage over 100 stores across 30 Turkish cities, in addition to other regions, including North Macedonia.
In Poland, Sbarro are partnered with AMIC Polska, who already operate the pizza brand in Warsaw and Łodz.
Upper Crust Foods Private Ltd. are operating the Pune store – they currently manage over 30 restaurants across 5 different cities.
