Restalia Group expands Panther Organic Coffee brand into Portugal

The owner of 100 Montaditos and Cervecería La Sureña, the Spanish restaurant group, Restalia, have continued to grow their Panther Organic Coffee brand, with its introduction to Portugal. The debut store opened in October 2022, and the second opened last Friday (27th January 2023).

The first store is located in the Atrium Saldanha business centre in Lisbon, with the store that opened last week being based in the Promenade building, in the heart of Cais do Sodré, Lisbon. The units are operated by local franchisees; franchising is a key strategy Restalia are utilising in their international growth for all of their restaurant brands.

In addition to their organic, Fairtrade coffee, the brand offers cold drinks, smoothies, natural juices, sandwiches and salads. The brand also prides themselves on the fact that all the packaging is environmentally friendly – made with recycled, recyclable or compostable materials.
