Queensway continue KFC growth with new stores

Queensway Europe, part of Queensway group, manage the Kentucky Fried Chicken brand and its restaurants in Austria & Slovakia.

 

KFC Austria have opened a new store, last week. The newest opening is located in Wels. Wels is a city in North Austria, near Linz.

 

This follows news that last month the latest KFC in Slovakia opened. This store, located in Forum Poprad.

 

Queensway Group became the franchisees for KFC in both Austria and Slovakia in 2005. Their restaurants are a combination of High Street, Drive-Thru and Shopping Centre locations. 

 

Last summer (June & July 2023), the brand opened their 19th, 20th and 21st KFCs across the regions and openings over the past year have taken the count over the 25 store milestone.
