After opening the first Popeyes store in London, in 2021, the brand is now set to expand with 3 new openings across the capital, in quick succession.
With plans to open in Richmond, in South West London, on 4th May, followed by Kilburn and Woolwich, later in the summer, the brand is both developing it’s reach and changing strategy, with predominantly Delivery Only Kitchen Units across London, at present. In 2021, a master franchise agreement for Popeyes, in the UK, was agreed and signed by Ring International Holding AG (RIH).
We shared news, last year, of Popeyes development across the UK, and this expansion is also seen globally, with activity in Kazakstan and also The Czech Republic and Poland.
Popeyes is one of the major fast-food restaurant chains in the United States, with the majority of stores in North America and the rest of the world being franchise owned.
