Percassi Group and All’Antico Vinaio agree Joint Venture; targeting Italian and European growth

Percassi, the Italian company that manage Starbucks, Wagamama and Casa Maioli across the country, as well as brands such as Gucci, Nike and LEGO, have entered a partnership with All’Antico Vinaio, the Sandwich shop brand. With the first All’Antico Vinaio having opened, in March 2023, as part of the Joint Venture, there are now 17 sites, located in cities including Milan, Rome, Turin and New York.

 

The Joint Venture partnership is designed to help grow the brand in Italy and Europe, utilising Percassi’s experience within the F&B sector.

 

The new store, and first since the Joint Venture, is located in Bergamo, Italy, and opened on 11th March.

 

The first sandwich shop opened in 1991, in Florence, Italy, has won accolades including “World’s best sandwiches” (Saveur Magazine). The brand went international, with 2 stores in New York.
