Le fonds est à la tete de diverses enseignes dans la restaurations rapide: depuis 2016, il est propriétaire de réseau Quick au Luxembourg et à la Belgique, et il est devenu master franchise pour Burger King en Italie, Pologne, Belgique et Luxembourg en 2017. Il a aussi récemment acheté les chaines française O’Tacos et allemande Nordsee.
Le but de cette nouvelle platform est promouvoir le development de ses différents entités à travers la creation de une équipe centrale en charge de identifier et exploiter les synergies entres les différents enseignes. Cette stratégie est derriere la recent ouverture du premiere restaurant Go! Fish en Belgique et du deuxième, qui est prévu ouvrir à bientôt en combination avec un O’Tacos sur un espace commune de 300m2.
Chaque marque cible une catégorie des consommateurs different – ce qui garantit qu’il n’y a pas risque de cannibalisation.

The Kharis has created a new fast food platform – Quick Service Restaurant Platform QSRP – to boost the development of its brands. The platform already owns several brands:
- Quick – created in 1971 in Belgium – famous chain Belgium and Luxembourg
- O’Tacos – created in 2007 – famous for its orignal French tacos
- Nordsee – created in 1896 – a fish restaurant leading operator in Germany and Austria.
- Go’ Fish – launched in 2019 – a fast food chain focused on fish-based products.
It is also Master Franchisee for Burger King – the American world-wide known burger chain – for Italy, Poland, Belgium and Luxembourg since 2017.
The aim of the new platform is to boost growth through the creation of a central team in charge of identifying and exploiting the synergies between the various brands. This strategy is behind the recent opening of the first Go! Fish in Belgium and the second, which is scheduled to open soon in combination with an O’Tacos on a common area of 300m2.
Each brand targets a different category of consumers – which ensures that there is no risk of cannibalization.
