Hostmore – the parent company of Fridays – to go public

The parent company of brands Fridays and 63rd+1st in the UK has announced its intention to demerge from Electra Private Equity and start floating on the London Stock Exchange market on November 2nd.
Hostmore has experienced same store sales growth of 11% vs. pre-pandemic 2019 since  England reopening on May 17 and it has opened a new Fridays restaurant in Lincoln and 2 new 63rd+1st in Cobham and Glasgow.
