The Summit is the number one European platform for the restaurant Industry! Every year this event attracts more than 200 senior foodservice executives from 20+ nations. 

This year, the Summit will take place on October 7-8 in Zurich, Switzerland (with a pre-event get together on the evening of October 6). Participants will analyse the most important changes in the market as well as sharing thoughts and personal experiences in the food industry. Main attendees are players of the multi-unit restaurant and catering industry as well as suppliers and consultants.
