Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Acquires Master Franchise Rights for Singapore and Malaysia

At the end of November, Domino’s Pizza Enterprises signed the Master Franchise Agreements for the Malaysia and Singapore regions.

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises are the largest Domino’s franchise group in the world. They currently hold the master franchise agreements in over 10 countries, across three continents (operating over 3,000 stores). The company started in Australia, where the franchisee is the biggest pizza company in the country.

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises obtained the Malaysia and Singapore Master Franchise rights as part of the $214 million (Australian Dollars) acquisition of existing businesses in three Asian territories. The outstanding region is Cambodia, which still requires regulatory approval – this is expected to be complete by March 2023.
