Danish brand, Sticks’n’Sushi, targeting growth in Berlin and London

At the end of December, Sticks’n’Sushi opened their 10th UK based store, in Westfield Shopping Centre, White City, in London. The restaurant group grew over the past 12 months – Sticks’n’Sushi released their annual report on 12th January; the brand saw EBITDA of £8.8m, up from £6.5m in the prior year.

 

At the end of 2022, the company had a presence in Denmark (12 restaurants), Germany (3) and The UK (10). The group strategy is to develop further in London, including the use of delivery only kitchens. Additionally, after the brand opening their 3rd store in Berlin, there are plans to add further stores in the German capital.
