Burger King to list on London stock market for up to £600m

Burger King UK is preparing to float on London Stock Exchange for about £600million thanks to sales rebound from Covid pandemic.  

 

The UK arm of Burger King is owned by private equity firm Bridgepoint and holds the master franchise for the UK market from US-listed Restaurant Brands International (RBI). The float is supposed to be announced in the next few days.
