Boparan’s Cinnamon Kitchen brand partner with Tesco to enter retail market

Modern Indian cuisine brand Cinnamon Kitchen – which a part of the Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) – will partner with Tesco to launch 16-various range dishes through the retailer’s stores.

The range will be available at 450 Tesco’s stores across all UK and will be a mix of mains, centerpieces, tiffins and sides, especially designed for the retailer in collaboration with Cinnamon Kitchen founder and acclaimed chef Vivek Singh.

The launch follows other brands similar initiatives to enter the retail market: Zizzi, for example, already offers 10 frozen dishes at Tesco; Carluccio’s will launch 16 chilled lines at Sainsbury’s Future Brand beginning of 2023 and Cote launched 11 of its most popular dishes at Ocado at the end of 2021.
