ELLIS: Not just another burger brand! Top Brands aims to grow Ellis, with their menu offering of premium quality burgers and other comfort foods with a creative twist in Belgium, throughout Europe and across the globe.

 

Ellis is the premium burger restaurant concept with table service, present since 2011 in more than 15 locations in Belgium, the Netherlands and France, where meatlover and veggie lover can enjoy delicious dishes. Ellis refers to the place where the pioneers who left from Europe for America arrived on their crossing. That pioneering role is ingrained in the DNA: a constantly strive to innovate in all areas. As a trendsetter in the premium burger sector,Ellis was the first to launch a full alternative plant-based range. In-house, an innovative cooking platform was developed, allowing to create and serve a wide range of quality dishes.

 

Ellis are owned by Top Brands, a Belgian restaurant group with over 160 restaurants and experience operating in multiple European countries. Top Brands are a franchise partner for Pizza Hut and Paul Bakery, whilst they own and are looking for franchise partners for WASBAR and Ellis.
