TGI Fridays set to open new store in Taiwan

TGI Fridays are set to open their 17th store in Taiwan. The official grand opening for the new store is on 17th October.

 

Located in Yulong City Mall, in New Taipei City, is the 8th restaurant in the Greater Taipei Region.

 

This restaurant opening falls within TGI Fridays Taiwan’s ‘World of Pasta’ promotion: A free side dish when engaging with the social media activity and ordering a pasta main.

 

The franchisee for TGI Fridays in Taiwan is Casual Restaurants Inc.. Casual Restaurants Inc. focuses on western casual dining now operate brands across Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. In addition to TGI, the operator manages: Texas Roadhouse, Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill, Amaroni’s New York Italian and LillA.

 

The franchisor, TGI Fridays, have recently announced a new CEO. This was followed by, in the last fortnight, the announcement that TGI Fridays have signed a franchise agreement covering Lebanon.
