Old Chicago Pizza sign franchise agreement with hotel operator specialist

Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom have reached an agreement with Core Hospitality that will see the restaurant operator become the brand’s franchisee. Core Hospitality an are existing franchisee of brands, specialising in operating in the hotel industry.

 

The pizza brand was founded in 1976 and has a presence in 24 states (with 109 restaurants).

 

The agreement included a commitment to open their first restaurant at the Kansas Hilton Garden Inn.

 

Old Chicago Pizza are owned by SPB Hospitality, who also own Logan’s Roadhouse and Rock Bottom Restaurant Breweries.
