Domino’s Pizza sales are up for the third quarter

Domino’s Pizza published its third quarter earnings report showing growth in profit and revenue versus prior year:

 

  • Net profit is at £76.62M (£1.93 per share) vs. £66.80M last year same quarter
  • Revenue grows 17.9% vs. prior year to   £748.18M
  • US same store sales grow 17.5% and international 6.4% vs. same quater prior year
  • Global retail sales are up 14.4% vs. prior year
  • 39 net new international stores were open in Q3
  • Domino’s Pizza trades are at £309 per share (at the time of the earnings’ report)

 

Sales growth has been driven mostly by increase of delivery orders through the covid-19 pandemic as people remained confined home.
