Pepsico has appointed Dave Lewis, 55, as an independent member of the Board of Directors Lewis, effective on November 13, 2020. Lewil will join as a member of the Audit Committee.
Lewis is currently in the Board of Trustees for World Wildlife Fund-UK and served as Chair of Champions 12.3. He was Group Chief Executive Officer at Tesco PLC and before he worked at Unilever Plc for more than 3 decades in different positions.
