Costa Coffee has reopened its West Hampstead store in London with a new fresh look and fell and new enhanced digital features.
Customers will have refreshed bespoke décor, a contemporary street-facing service counter and a dedicated space for remote workers with individual pods divided by screens to ensure personal space and privacy – a UK first for Costa Coffee.
The newly designed street-facing counter will allow customers to order without even having to set food inside the store (orders will also be placeable through the Costa Coffee Club mobile app and pick up at the counter without having to queue).
Finally the store will offer the possibility to personalise the amount of caffeine in the drinks (standard, half or decaf), with the West Hampstead store being only the second store in the UK to serve this option.
