Following the recent increase of covid-19 cases, Ireland has imposed a second lockdown to the population.
Starting on October 21, restaurants, bars and pubs will only be allowed to sell take away and delivery meals. The measures will be in place for 6 weeks. Similarly a strict curfew has bene imposed on the Irish population – with only exception the commuting to work and necessary shopping.
Other European countries are also tightening their anti-covid measures: restaurants are closed in Netherlands and partially in Brussels. A 9pm curfew has been imposed in Paris and other French red-areas. In Italy, Austria and Switzerland restaurants are open but the number of guests allowed is controlled and the use of mask imposed.
