Costa Coffee, the Coca Cola owned brand, have debuted in Belgium. The new store in Belgium, located at Liège-Guillemins Station, is operated by the franchise partner Lagardère Travel Retail.
The franchise partner is the largest franchisee for Costa Coffee in Europe.
Costa Coffee was already present in Belgium having launched, in September 2021, self-serve coffee machines in key Belgian cities: Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent and Liège.
Last November, Costa Coffee opened a new store in Morocco. Operated by the coffee brand’s franchise partner, Goldex Morocco, the store was the first Costa Coffee store located within the country’s railway network. Costa, in the Summer of 2023, opened a new store in Tashkent, the brand’s debut in Uzbekistan – at the time their 33 market.
In Belgium, in September 2023, Wasbar opened a new store in Louvain-La-Neuve. Wasbar are looking for international franchise partners, to help grow the brand across Europe and the rest of the world. Learn more about franchising Wasbar, here.
