Burger King trialling only-vegan

Starting on March 14 and for a month, Burger King restaurant in Leicester Square, London (UK) will be offering only meat-free products. 

 

The menu will feature all vegan options such as bakon double cheeze XL, the vegan cheeze and bakon royale, the vegan nugget burger, the vegan chilli cheeze bites and the bakon double XL. Even the brand famous Whopper burger will be modified to be plant-based.

 

The initiative is in line with the company objective to offer a 50% meat-free menu by 2030 and if successfully met by customers it may provide an incentive to open other meat-free restaurants permanently.
