Pelicana franchisee opening in the UK with 4 units planned for 2021

DongHyun Kim – the south Korean businessman behind the East-Asian inspired chain Wasabi – has bought the franchise rights for the UK market for the fried chicken brand Pelicana.

 

Pelicana is a leading Korean fried chicken brand already operating more than 1,800 stores in Asia, Australia and the US. The first opening in the UK is expected for mid-April, followed by 3 extra units by 2021.
