3 Brasseurs, the French Microbrewery and Restaurant brand, have plans to add to their current units, with a new development in the Épinal-Jeuxey region.
Courtepaille, the French restaurant brand, owned by TDR Capital (operators of Buffalo Grill), struggled with the Covid-19 pandemic. As a consequence, stores have closed and this has left an opportunity for 3 Brasseurs. The site of the former Courtepaille, in the Épinal-Jeuxey commercial area will be redeveloped into the microbrewery and restaurant, over 2023.
Located on Rue du Saut le Cerf, 88000 Jeuxey, France, the location is near an existing McDonalds, KFC and Leon. Jeuxey is between Strasbourg and Dijon (approximately 2 hours drive between both cities), on the North-West of France.
In January, we announced the brand were in the early stages of developing a site in Marcq-En-Baroeul.
3 Brasseurs offer brewed on site beer, with a microbrewery and brewer in each restaurant.
3 Brasseurs is part of Agapes Restauration group which manages 400 restaurants across 5 brands and 5 countries.
