New “store fo the future” concept and menu for Itsu

Itsu has opened its first “store of the future” store in London’s Great Portland Street, with more to follow in the UK market. 

 

The new concept store – which was designed during the covid lockdown period – is completely digital and uses new sushi robots to streamline sushi preparation and ensure high quality in the kitchen.

 

The new menu offers a higher number of healthy plates with 70% under 500 calories and it is in line with government plan to reduce obesity and promote heath lifestyle.
