Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) is opening its ninth and largets Slim Chickens store in Manchester on November 2nd. The site will cover 2527 sq.ft. accommodating around 135 covers and will have a dedicated drinks bar.
The store will offer the traditional southern products which makes the brand famous buttermilk-marinated, hand-breaded and cooked-to-order premium chicken along with the 14 dipping sauces.
The Slims Chickens unit will also be offering a music programme and showing live sports. Products will be available for delivery through Deliveroo, Just Eats and Uber Eats.
The brand has several units already in the UK (in Bluewater, Cardiff, Bristol, Southampton and Birmingham) and three in London.
Slim Chickens
Slim Chickens is originally from Arkansas (USA) where it opened its first store in 2003. Within 6 years, it went over state and 4 years later opened the first franchise location. In 2019, it celebrated store #100. The brand is famous for its 100% all-natural premium tenderloins served in a relax, stay-at-home atmosphere.
