Island Poké to open several units in Scotland

Island Poke – the leading brand for poke bowls in the UK – is planning to open four new restaurants in the Scottish capital, Edinburg in the next two years with the first one as early as beginning 2022.
The brand is part of  the Hero Brands group – which also includes German Doner Kebab and Choppaluna   – and is planning to further expand in 2022 with 30+ units in the pipeline and a new partnership with the dark kitchen operator Reef.
