Healthy Asian food chain – Itsu – has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer, Greg Thorp.
Mr. Thorp has been for more than 15 years at Pret where he covered different roles, among which, development director and group business partnering.
Itsu currently operates more than 90 stores in England and it expected to open its first one in Scotland at the end of March; the unit will be the second opening of the brand franchise Heart with Smarts.
