At the very end of April, Block House Restaurant Stuttgart Koenigstrasse opened.
The brand was founded in 1968 and has expanded to over 40 stores across Germany. Outside of the equity owned stores, international expansion is driven by franchising – there are seven stores in Spain (across Malaga, Marbella, Palma de Mallorca, Santa Ponsa), three in Portugal (Lisbon) and also one in Vienna, Austria.
With a menu consisting of the infamous Mr Rumpsteak and Mrs Rumpsteak, the brand prides itself on their cattle rearing programme.
Block House Restaurants are owned by Block Group, who, in addition to Block House, operate the brands Jim Block, Theo’s and Blockbreu. They also manage two hotels.
