Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) owner – Famous Brands – has initiated the brand sale process.
The first bid is to take place on the 16 of September, with a second round planned by the end of the month. A deal via pre-pack administration is also under consideration.
The sale would potentially result in the closing of 9 units across the UK.
